All our items are created in small batches to ensure great quality, but if you receive a faulty/damaged item contact us to discuss how we can assist.

We take care in packaging your items to protect them during shipping but cannot take responsibility for your parcel once it has left our hands.

All items are shipped NZ wide - you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We capture basic user analytics but do not capture or store any identifiable data.
